Taller Hoy

Over the past few years, I have been thinking a lot about what’s next. In my imagination, this is Taller HOy.

A taller (atelier in French) is a type of workshop and event space that brings together creatives. I am thinking of a similar space but for educators. I think about educators who have a vision for redefining our schools and curricula, and providing them with the space to think, collaborate, raise funds, and get inspired. I imagine educators-in-residence, fellowships, and cutting edge, community-based work. Imagine coming to learn about what’s next in math education while munching on a farm-to-table lunch concept. Imagine working with educators around the world to build curriculum on new literature or attending a fundraising event that is a curated experience. Imagine your leadership training or your book launch. Imagine creating your ed tech platform with educators.

This is all in Taller Hoy.
